Book Studio

1. Definitions

  • “Studio” refers to Inception Studios, located at 4 Commercial St, London E1 6LP.
  • “Client” refers to the individual or organization booking and using the studio.
  • “Agreement” refers to these T&Cs and any accompanying booking confirmation.

2. Studio Use

  1. The Studio is provided for podcast recording and production purposes only.
  2. Clients must adhere to any safety regulations and studio-specific rules provided.
  3. Food and drink are not permitted in recording areas unless explicitly approved.

3. Bookings

  1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through the online booking platform.
  2. A booking is only secured upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as per the invoice.
  3. Bookings include setup and teardown times; exceeding the booked slot may incur additional charges.

4. Payments and Fees

  1. Full payment or a deposit is required prior to the booking date.
  2. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment platforms.
  3. Late payments may incur a penalty of 5% of the booking cost per week.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
  3. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, if requested more than 48 hours in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Clients retain full ownership of their recorded material.
  2. The Studio is not responsible for backing up or storing content after the session.

7. Liability

  1. The Studio is not liable for loss or damage to personal property during the session.
  2. The Client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by their actions or those of their team.

8. Privacy

  1. Personal data collected during the booking process will only be used for Studio-related communications.
  2. The Studio complies with all relevant data protection laws.

9. Termination

The Studio reserves the right to terminate any session without refund if the Client violates these T&Cs.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Short Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance; no refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
  • Studio use is limited to booked times; overruns will incur extra charges.
  • Clients own their recorded material.
  • The Studio is not liable for lost or damaged property.
  • Any damages to the Studio caused by the Client will be charged to the Client.
  • Personal data will be used solely for booking purposes and Studio communications.
